About CarryHub

CarryHub is a small, independently run retailer based in Auckland, New Zealand.

We sell travel, carry and storage gear — suitcases, packing systems, compression bags, organisers and the accessories that make packing less of a chore. The kind of gear you buy once and stop thinking about.

How we work

We don't manufacture our own products. We work directly with established manufacturers and their distribution partners, selecting designs on build quality, practical function and price. Because we ship from our partners' facilities rather than holding stock in a warehouse in New Zealand, we keep our overheads low and pass that on — you're paying for the product, not for retail floor space and a markup chain.

The trade-off is honest: delivery takes longer than a domestic retailer with local stock. We publish realistic delivery windows on our shipping page and we'd rather tell you upfront than surprise you after checkout.

What you can expect

Every order is tracked. Every enquiry is answered within one business day by a person, not a bot. If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we fix it — replacement or full refund, and we cover the cost.

We're a young business and we know we're asking you to trust an unfamiliar name. We take that seriously.
