J-Hook Ground Stakes 30cm - Heavy Duty Steel Anchors

Plastic tent pegs bend on the first hit in stony or clay ground, and a guy line that pulls out at 2am is a problem you have to get up and solve. These 30cm steel J-hook stakes are made to be driven hard and stay put.

Each stake is solid steel with a bent J-hook head, so a guy line, net edge or fence wire seats into the hook rather than riding up the shaft and slipping off the top. At 12 inches they get well below the surface layer, which is where the holding power actually comes from, and the steel takes a hammer or the back of an axe without mushrooming or folding.

They suit far more than tents: anchoring chainlink fence, tensioning sports and volleyball nets, pinning down garden netting and weed matting, securing trampolines and shade sails, and holding tarpaulins in wind. Choose the 4, 6 or 8 pack depending on how many corners you have to hold down.
